Scheduling
Get in touch with us and we'll schedule a time with you to arrange a complimentary site visit.

Site Visit
We'll visit your workspace to create a plan to make your workspace a better place to be. We'll also measure light levels to ensure we match the correct plant to the conditions in your office.

Estimating & Budgeting
We'll provide you with a comprehensive proposal for your workplace with a selection of ideal plant and container types that fits your budget.

Plant Selection and Preparation
Quality Assurance
We begin by selecting top quality plants from our nursery, ensuring they meet the specified requirements for size, health, and appearance.
Preparation
Each plant is individually detailed and prepared by hand. This includes cleaning, checking for pests, pruning, and conditioning to ensure they are ready for installation.

Logistics and Coordination
Scheduling
There will be a dedicated point of contact for scheduling and delivery. We will coordinate with you, ensuring flexibility to accommodate other on-site activities.
Delivery
Plants are transported in our vehicles to maintain optimal conditions.
On-Site Coordination
Our team will work closely with other contractors onsite to ensure smooth and efficient installation, minimising disruption to ongoing activities.

Installation
Our installation team will carefully place the plants according to the design plan, ensuring each plant is positioned for optimal growth and aesthetic appeal.
Planting Solutions
For integrated planters and proprietary planters, we may use sub-irrigation systems where necessary to ensure plants have adequate access to moisture.
Maintenance

Regular Maintenance
Our Service Technicians will visit every week to water, clean, prune, and remove any spent foliage. This ensures the plants remain vibrant and healthy. It will also provide us with the opportunity to inspect the whole installation to ensure our service standards are met.
Health Monitoring
Each visit includes a thorough health check of all plants. Any issues are documented, and immediate action is taken if necessary.

Plant Replacement
Any plants that fail or are no longer suitable will be replaced as part of our service. Our nursery team prepares replacements promptly to maintain the high standard of the installation.
Job Change Requests
Service Technicians complete a Job Change Request form for any replacements, which is reviewed and approved by the Service Manager to maintain installation integrity.

Service Review and Adjustments
Service Technicians meet with the Service Manager weekly to review all installations, discuss any issues, and plan necessary actions.
Site Visits
The Service Manager will visit the site regularly to monitor the installation and address any concerns raised by the technicians.
